Speaking of real dancers who appeared in Love 'N Dancing, Robert Royston and John Lindo will both be in Connecticut this weekend at separate events. Robert will teach a couple lessons before Ken Mercik's dance at the Polish Home in Windsor Locks and John will teach workshops on Saturday at Circle of Life in East Hartford. Legendary Strafford Blues Band with Kat Murphy

Tuesday Night Swing at Dartmouth
Most Tuesday Nights (Email Swingers@Dartmouth.edu) Occom Commons (near site of former Dartmouth Hitchcock) There is a swing class from 8 to 9 PM followed by open dancing until around 10 PM. Special Event: The Dartmouth Swingers will host a series of workshops on Sunday February 21st from Noon to 6 PM on solo Charleston routines (including Big Apple and the Shim Sham) which can be incorporated into Lindy Hop and East Coast Swing.

This month Kris and Lynn Cole will host the dance and DJ Mary Guerin will play a mix of ballroom, Latin, Swing, Hustle, Nightclub, Tango and Country. Richard Caruso & Diane Sangermano will teach a 75 minute Intermediate Cha Cha lesson at 6 PM ($10) and a free half-hour Waltz and Foxtrot lesson at 7:30, followed by open dancing from 8 to 11pm. Please carry in a clean pair of shoes. The cost is $10. The RW Black Center is located in Hanover at 48 Lebanon Street between the high school and the food Co-op. No partner required.
